Newly renovated exclusive apartment with swimming pool (opening times can be found here) near the lake Garda and the exclusive marina "Porto Sirmione II".

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sofa in the kitchen-living room (cross sleeper for 1-2 people). The kitchen-living room, offers a modern kitchen (with induction stove), the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee and espresso machine and kettle. A vacuum cleaner is available. The living area has a sofa, a satellite TV (58" big screen TV). 

 

The modern bathroom offers a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine.

POOL

From about mid-June to September (depends largely on the current weather) the pool is open. The large swimming pool (20m x 10 m) is accessible as follows*:

June: exclusively Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.30

July: from Monday to Friday from 15.00 to 19.30 and Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.30

August: from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.30

The pool can be used by up to 4 people.

Bathing caps are compulsory, as usual in Italy.

*The definitive opening hours may vary as they are determined by all the co-owners in a meeting.

 

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

 

All living rooms and bedrooms have their own air conditioning with integrated heating.

 

GARDEN

 

The comfortable terrace has a spacious dining table for up to 8 people, garden and a lounge to relax. Directly in front of the "Casa Belvì" there is a large square, the "Piazza San Andrè", with lake view and a view of the yachts and boats of the harbor "Porto Sirmione II". 

 

GARAGE

 

There is a spacious garage for one car or 4 motorcycles.

 

PETS

 

Unfortunately pets are not allowed. 

 

LOCATION

 

The apartment is situated in front of the lake and Porto Sirmione II on the peninsula of Sirmione. It is 500 m from the beach "Spiagga Brema" (5 minutes walk) and 900 m from the beach "Lido Galeazzi" (8 minutes walk); it is near the Terme di Sirmione and all the main services (restaurants, pharmacy, bars and supermarket). The city center and the castle of Sirmione (2 km away) can be reached in 5 minutes by car or by shuttle bus (stop 1 minute walk) from the apartment. In addition, 2 free bicycles are available.
