FAQ's
Iron available?
Yes both an iron and an ironing board are available for your free use.
BBQ - Regulations
A BBQ grill is at your disposal. You are free to use it according to the house rules. Please make sure that you do not disturb your neighbors and that the wind does not blow the smoke onto the facades of the surrounding houses.
Bicycles - rental fee
You are free to use the two bicycles, there are NO extra charges. We ask you to use the bicycles with care so that the other guests can also use this service. Before departure you must check the bicycles to make sure they are in good working order. We are not responsible for any damage and/or accidents that occur during the use of the bicycles.
Bed linen, towels
One set of bed linen per person and one set of towels are available and can be used by you. If you need another set - for example for longer stays - please contact us. We will gladly organize this for a contribution towards expenses.
Garage, parking space
For the panoramic apartment Lugana-Sirmione is included FREE of charge an uncovered parking place, the lockable garage can be added for a small extra charge. For the Porto Sirmione II apartment, the lockable garage is included in the price, there is no other parking space available. In the garage you can park one car or up to 4 motorcycles. The garage door is lockable. The garage is partially used for storage of materials/vehicles, the remaining space can be used for parking the vehicle.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors or outdoors.We ask you to respect this decision so that other guests can also enjoy a smoke-free apartment.
Pets
Although we are animal lovers, pets are not allowed.
Safety
Apartment Sirmione Porto II: Both the outdoor area and the garage are under video surveillance. Do not worry, they are not watched, the alarm function of the camera in the outdoor area is deactivated for the entire vacation stay. We do not turn off the camera for deterrence reasons, which is why it also moves and follows the movements from time to time. If you want the activation of the acoustic siren between certain times, they can contact us.
Parties, music, etc.
You are welcome to enjoy a bottle of wine on the terrace with friends. However, parties, loud music or similar private events are prohibited. In case of violation we reserve the right to cancel the stay/overnight stay immediately. Out of mutual respect, you must behave in such a way that neighbors are not disturbed.
